Graduate Survey
The Graduate Survey is a multi-country, independent research that measures the attributes of becoming the employer of choice for young talent.
Graduate Survey was conducted in Bulgaria for the first time in 2017.
The outcomes of the research help companies to find out where to develop in their recruitment efforts to attract top talent and benchmark with competitors in the job market.
Graduate Survey 2018 is now distributing to companies that requested detailed report.

Graduate Survey 2018 was executed from March 15th to May 19th 2018.
Communication channels
Graduate Survey was communicated to students via their universities’ career centers, targeted social media advertisement and e-mails gathered at the career fairs at the universities we visited.
Participation
Graduate Survey was competed by 7255 students from 51 universities in Bulgaria.
Students had the chance to select ANY employer in Bulgaria. There were 200 predefined companies who were chosen as top 200 in Graduate Survey 2017. The total numbers of company chosen by the students in the survey is over 400.
Employers of choice for 2018 of Bulgarian graduates
In general the response to “I am aware of the job opportunities provided by this company” is low. It shows that companies cannot provide enough information to new graduates about the job opportunities.
Most important attributes that effect the new graduates number 1 choice are “strong vision and corporate culture”, “sectoral leadership” and “a good reference for future”.
There is a strong correlation between the “offering a well-structured internship” and “I will definitely apply for a job opportunity” attributes.
