She has many years of experience in strategy, corporate innovation and agile transformation. Currently, she leads a team of innovation experts and transformation coaches at Raiffeisenbank Internationals head office in Vienna, Austria. Together with her team they implement and drive Corporate Innovation Programs and focus additionally on organizational development and agile transformation.
