Kaan Bulut –  Employer brand consultant

Kaan currently leads the Employer Brand & Internal Communication projects at 3İK, a Turkish HR communications agency. Together with his creative & operational teams, he has directed many projects for national brands and global brands such as Coca-Cola, KPMG, P&G, Pfizer, Unilever, Vodafone and more. Bringing together all the know-how 3İK has gathered over the years, he also coordinates the international Employer Brand Summit in Istanbul.

After receiving his MBA & Philosophy degrees from Turkey’s leading universities, Kaan has lead teams in B2C creative agencies & B2B exhibition companies, cementing his marketing knowledge in addition to people management –his leisure hobby.
