Jovana Uzelac, Human Resources Manager Nestlé’s SEM market (Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Northern Macedonia and Montenegro, Romania and Bulgaria). She has worked for Nestlé since 2006, changing various positions, and just before the current one she was the director of the HR department for the Adriatic region.

Nestlé South East Market (or SEM – South East Market) is part of Nestle, the world’s largest food and beverage company, and Nestlé Adriatic has been present in the region since 2003: the company employs more than 750 people, of which more than 500 in Serbia, and manages a factory in Surcin.

Jovana Uzelac graduated with a master’s degree in Child Psychology from ELTE University in Budapest. She is married and has two daughters.
