Graziella has 15 years in H&M, starting as Sales Advisor in Milan, growing internally and gradually in several leadership roles on store level (department manager, Store Manager), HR manager for South of Italy stores, Country learning and development Manager, Area Manager. HR Director – Italy.

Currently, she is HR Responsible for Region East Europe (16 Countries)
