The Event

Nowadays, candidates often choose companies based on their candidate experience. Candidate experience is basically how a job seeker views your company throughout the hiring journey. We can say that now this is the most important step in the recruiting process.

Recent studies show that more than half of job seekers have had poor hiring experiences, whether it be from lack of visibility, poor or no communication from companies, sluggish hiring times, or lack of feedback after interviews.

The bad candidate experience leads to some serious consequences, which prove the importance of it. That’s why it is a main goal for every company to understand the weakest links in their candidate experience and to be able to further improve it.

Please note that this event will be held in English

Did you know that:

Nearly 60% of job seekers have had a poor candidate experience, and 72% have shared their experience on online employer review sites

Candidates who have a poor experience are 3.5 times less likely to apply for a job at your company again

80–90% of talent say a positive or negative candidate experience can change their minds about a role or company

80% of job seekers say they would not reapply to a company that didn’t notify them of their application status
