Ali is the founder and senior consultant of Realta Consulting and Modern Management Consulting, specializing in employer brand management.
He also launched the Employer Brand Summit in 2008 and the Employer Brand Academy in 2010.

He developed the Graduate Survey in 2009, which has since become an annual ranking for Bloomberg Businessweek magazine. His areas of research focus on employees and candidates, such as candidate experience, employer image, internal customer satisfaction, employee insights, employee engagement.

Ali Ayaz has completed more than 200 projects in more than 50 countries, with some of the most recognizable companies.

He founded his company Realta Consulting, specializing in Employer Brand Management in 2003 in Italy, and in Istanbul in 2007. In 2017 started in the UK, founding Modern Management Consulting.
